Gold Drops: Inadequate circulation of blood through one or more Coronary Arteries fails to deliver an adequate blood supply to the Myocardium which is characterized by repeated attacks of Angina Pectoris. Associated with the chest pain & heaviness, there can also be palpitations and breathlessness.

Composition: Arnica montana 3x, Aurum muriaticum 3x, Cactus grandifloras 3x, Crataegus oxyacantha 1x, Digitalis purpurea 6x, Ignatia amara 3x, Kalium phosphoricum 8x, Spigelia anthelmia 12x, Valeriana officinalis 2x

Indications: Helps relieve symptoms of Angina, Arrhythmia amongst others, presenting in affections like Cardiac Neurosis & Coronary Insufficiencies.

Dosage: Take 10-15 drops diluted in water, 2 hourly, 6 times a day in acute pain. Once improvement starts reduce the dose to 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician
