Composition & Action of individual ingredients:
Bimba (Coccinia indica) | Profuse urination, weakness and exhaustion after urination, sugar in urine and great thirst |

Diaboherb has been clinically tried by IC Bio Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore; where it was found that diaboherb is effective in treating Type II Diabetes patients with positive outcome on the quality of life like Polyuria, Polydipsia, Polyphagia and Myalgia
In-house Clinically proven:
An In-house clinical trial was conducted at Guru Nanak Medical Centre, Nehru Nagar, New Delhi, by a well known senior physician and member of the Delhi Diabetic Forum, Dr. M.H. Khan et al to ascertain the efficacy of Diaboherb in the treatment of Diabetes mellitus and its effectiveness as an anti-hyperglycaemic drug.
The trial was conducted in 47 patients including both male and female within the age group of 35 to 90 years, suffering from NIDDM. The dosage given was 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily.
3 categories A, B and C were considered for conducting clinical trial.
GROUP A- Average blood sugar levels: Fasting (F) 132mg% & postprandial (PP) 190mg%.
GROUP B- Average blood sugar levels: (F) 181mg% & (PP) 246mg%.
GROUP C- Average blood sugar levels: (F) 271mg% & (PP) 360mg%.
The study was conducted for 12 weeks with blood sugar levels monitored every two weeks. All patients were advised to control their diet and encouraged some exercise.
