It is useful in rheumatism, dyspepsia, and Meniere’s disease. Prostration after influenza; also tinnitus aurium and deafness.

The symptoms point to its use in multiple joint pains, digestive troubles, and difficulty hearing. Weakness after influenza. Blood in urine.

Head: Vertigo with falling on left side. Pain in head with confusion on rising. Sharp pain in temples.

Ears: Roaring and ringing in the ears. Difficulty hearing, with vertigo. Diminished hearing, hears music, buzzing of bees, etc.

Throat: Sore and red making swallowing difficult. Tonsils red and swollen with white studs. Food has no taste. Taste of mouth disgusting as if something burnt were eaten.

Stomach: Flatulence with heat, sour belching and fetid breath. Purplish tongue. Frequent vomiting and heart burn.

Stools: Offensive diarrhea, especially in children. Green frog pawn stool with itching in anus. Helps in cases of worms.

Extremities: Knees swollen and painful, worse by touch and motion with profuse sweat. Shifting and burning pains that are worse at night. Excessive foot-sweat and ill affects when suppressed.

Skin: Itching better by scratching. Sweat obstructing sleep. Skin is hot and burns.
