Tired feeling with weakness and prostration. Worse by any form of exertion. Sore feeling all over the body which is worse in the afternoon. Restlessness especially at night. Difficulty in going to sleep. Tired feeling in the morning on waking up. Vomiting and constant retching with great weakness.

Throat: Constriction in the throat. Sore throat. Tickling in the throat.

Stomach: Nausea with uncontrollable vomiting. Even water is vomited. Vomiting followed by great weakness.

Back and Extremities: Tired feeling in the back and neck and shoulders. Extreme and almost paralytic weakness. Wrist tires from writing. Weakness from climbing stairs. Stiffness of legs. Arms feel as if they had no strength in them. Cramps in the calves.
