It is indicated in violent urging to urinate with dark yellow, acrid urine. Pain in right lower orbit and left sided headache.

Head: Pain in head especially the frontal region, after 4 pm. Pain increases on stooping, and is relieved by coughing. Tearing pains in the left temple and in the occiput.

Face: Tearing pains in the upper jaw.

Mouth: Metallic taste of mouth, may even seem bitter.

Urinary: Frequent and violent urging with copious urine. Dark yellow urine. Frequent urination at night.

Extremities: Difficulty in motion. Drawing pains. Tearing pains in left shoulder. Deep pressing pains in right leg.
