It is reported to be useful in flabby, lymphatic constitution, flabby with red face. Lancinating pains. Nervous disturbances, neuralgia, chorea, and hysteria. It has been used for cancer of the breast, and has an unquestioned influence over cancer disease.

Suits those with a flabby, lymphatic constitution. Flabby with a red face. Pains of a lancinating nature. Nervous disturbances are frequently indicated in this remedy. Excitement in both the genders.

Female: Pain in abdomen and other sufferings disappear with the appearance of flow. Swelling of the breasts with pain; worse on the left side. Pains extending to the scapula. Pains from left arm to the fingers, worse by motion. Sexual excitement with nervousness.

Chest: Pain under the sternum and in the muscles of the chest. Left breast feels as if pulled inwards. Pain extends over the inner arm till the ends of little finger. Numbness of hand and fingers of left side. Lancinating pains with swelling of glands in the axilla.

Nervous System: Unsteady gait from muscles refusing to obey the will. Twitching over the whole body.

Skin: Skin hard and inelastic. Itching in spots. Skin diseases with a fetid discharge. Enlarged axillary glands, worse, at night and in damp weather.

Modalities: Worse, from coffee, at night; in cold damp weather, on the left side.
