It is indicated for pain in the back, heels, jaws, maxilla and joint pains. It is also useful in conditions like toothache, disorders of spleen and worm infestation especially tapeworms.

Mouth: Thick mucus coating in the mouth with offensive smell. Severe toothache which returns every night 2 am. Sensation as if tooth was soft and too large, with pulsating pain in the left ear as if something was sticked into it.

Abdomen: Increased appetite hours after eating. Nausea followed by vomiting of some fluid. Sticking pains in region of liver and spleen, especially in the region of spleen as if a ball were turning on its axis. Constricting pain in abdomen with violent stitches in small intestines, when bending forward.

Stool: Frequent stools before and immediately after eating. Painful stools with sensation as if a nail were scratching in anus. Thin, pasty stool with much mucus immediately after breakfast. Passes pieces of tapeworm in the stool.

Rectum and Anus: H?morrhoids with sticking, tearing motions in rectum extending towards anus. Crawling sensation in the rectum and anus with intense itching.

Extremities: Trembling in limbs with pain alternating in all the joints, wandering pains. Pains in hands and feet after a foot-bath. Tearing pain in the shoulders and arms. Restriction of movements in the right hand. Severe tension in lower limbs and stitching pain in hip-joints. Tearing pain in the knees, in the tibia down to toes. Pain in heels with corns in the soles.

Back and neck: Stiffness of the back of neck and all neck muscles. Violent pains in scapulae extending into small of back, when sitting. Tearing between shoulders and scapulae, which then extends through neck and occiput up to forehead. Numbness over and between the shoulder blades. Pain in the small of back on waking up and sitting better by moving about. Tearing pain in the coccyx with tenderness.
