Female: Painful menses with bleeding in drops. Pain starts from the middle of the thighs and goes upwards. Absence or scanty menses, with accumulation of gas in the abdomen.

Fever: Fever with extreme chilliness. Attacks of chilliness with icy coldness of the back.
