It is reported to be useful in rheumatic, nervous subjects with ovarian irritation, uterine cramps and heavy limbs. Its muscular and crampy pains, primarily of neurotic origin, occurring in nearly every part of the body, are characteristic.

It has a marked effect on cerebrospinal, muscular system, uterus and ovaries. It is useful in conditions of rheumatic pains, ovarian irritation, uterine cramps and migraine.

Head: Sensation of cloud over the head with illusions and delusions. Sharp shooting pains in head from mental stress, over-study, or reflex from uterine disease. Heaviness of brain with pressing pain. Head feels too large with oversensitivity to noise and ringing in the ears.

Female: Absence or scanty menses with pain in ovarian region extending upwards and down the anterior surface of thighs. Severe pain before menses of profuse, dark, coagulated and offensive bleeding with backache. Irregular menses with ovarian neuralgia where pain extends from hip to hip. Pain in the breasts especially on the left side.

Heart: Pain in the left side of the chest in the infra-mammary region. Irregular action of the heart with, slow trembling pulsations. Sensation as if heart had ceased beating with suffocation and numbness of left arm.

Back: Very sensitive spine especially the cervical vertebrae with stiffness and contraction of the neck and back. Pain in the intercostals muscles, muscles of back and neck, lumbar and sacral region.

Extremities: Heaviness and stiffness of the limbs with restlessness. Pain and soreness of the muscles particularly affecting the belly of large muscles. Involuntary jerking movements of the limbs. Pain and Stiffness in the Achilles tendon.
