It is clinically useful in cases of nervous weakness with sexual disturbances and fatigue with nervous agitation and bone pains.

Mind: Complaints from mental excitement with constant change of moods.

Head: Dull pains worse from stooping. Itching of hairy parts of face and scalp.

Teeth: Toothache with sensation as if it is elongated. Tongue coated white with cracks and fissures.

Abdomen: Shooting pains in the liver region and in the spleen. Inflammation of liver and spleen with soreness of the abdomen.

Male: Sexual weakness with inability to perform, and frequent emissions without erections with lewd dreams. Pain in the right testicle relieved after urinating. Pain in the lumbar region with weakness of legs. Pain in the urethra with inflammation and greenish discharges. Brown spots on genitals and abdomen.

Extremities: Weakness and trembling in the limbs. Shooting pains extending from right side of the abdomen into the thighs. Tingling sensation in the feet with weak knees. Cold sweats in the feet between the toes.
