Conium Maculatum CH is a Homoeopathic Dilution prepared from the plant Poison Hemlock and is a frequently used remedy for ascending paralysis such as in cases of locomotor ataxia and chorea. The legs are very weak with a sudden loss of strength in them. It is also suitable for tumors and complaints of old age. There is a general bruised feeling as if from blows. The glands are enlarged. It is also suitable in complaints of the heart related to aging and calcification of the vessels such as arteriosclerosis.It is a very useful remedy in vertigo that is worse on lying down and on turning in the bed especially towards the left. There is weakness of the body and mind along with trembling. The eyes are very sensitive to light and there is excessive watering form the eyes. There is great weakness after passing stool.
