Head: Depressed feeling. Pain in forehead going backwards. Throbbing pains with nausea and vomiting. Pain in head impairing vision. Constipation with pain in head. Pain worse by noise, light, motion and during menses. Excessive prostration with pain. Pain better by pressure and by bandaging.

Stool: Obstinate constipation. Large and hard stools requiring much straining to be passed. Pain in anus while passing stool.
