Spasms of muscles lasting for days is characteristic. Severe and agonizing pain in the chest. Pain in chest radiating ot the back.

Head: Pain in head with anxiousness. Screaming from pain. Pain from the neck extending to the back of the head.

Respiratory: Extreme difficulty in breathing. Gasping to gain breath. Fears that will be unable to breathe.

Chest: Violent pain in the chest extending to the axilla and arms with numbness. Feeble but rapid pulse. Cramping type of pain arising in the chest and extending to the abdomen.

Extremities: Pain in left arm with severe weakness as if paralysed. Weakness of legs with cramps in abdomen.

Skin: Whole body very cold, as cold as marble.
