Face: Face covered in cold sweat. Pallor that happens suddenly.

Ears: Difficulty in hearing from discharges that were prevented. Pain in ears of a shooting nature extending from the throat.

Mouth: Excessive salivation of an acrid taste. Thick mucus covering the tongue. White coated tongue.

Stomach: Excessive acidity and flatulence. Difficulty breathing after eating. Acidity, flatulence, shortness of breath after eating. Morning sickness. Excessive salivation with a good appetite.

Respiratory: Difficulty breathing with sensation of constriction of the chest. Symptoms worse by any form of exertion. Sensation of weight kept on the chest better by walking rapidly. Sensation as if the heart would stop beating. Shortness of breath.

Back: Pain on lower back. Cannot bear touch. Sits bending forwards.

Urinary: Dark red color of urine. Sediments in urine.

Skin: Sensation of prickling on the skin. Itching of the skin with excessive nausea.

Modalities: Worse from tobacco, in the afternoon, by slightest motion, in the cold, especially by cold washing. Better, by rapid walking; (chest pain), towards evening, and from warmth.
