Head: Pain at frontal region of head. Pain worse at motion. Stooping pain. Strengthens brain after delirium tremens. Excited and tremandous feeling always.

Eyes: Lids red and puffy. Tarsal tumor.

Ears: Hissing and ringing sound occurs. Discharge from ear with foul smelling.

Nose: Foul breath. Crawling in nostrils with lachrymation and sneezing. Coryza with stoppage of nostrils. Catarrhal condition from both anterior and posterior nostrils. Mucous polypus. Chronic catarrh with discharge of large and irregular clinkers.
