Head: Severe mental agitation, with flying sensations of heat in face. Metallic taste in the mouth with copious salivation, nausea and eructation.

Fever: Rigor with intense heat, chilliness and increased tendency to sweat.

Sleep: Sleeplessness with crowding of thoughts.
