• Calcium citrate increases the amount of calcium in blood. Prevents osteoporosis, post-menopausal osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency.
• Vitamin d3  strengthens bones and muscles, boosts immunity, improves mood, has anti-inflammatory effects, and improves heart function.
• Magnesium hydroxide reduces stomach acid, and increases water in the intestines which may induce bowel movements. Magnesium hydroxide is used as a laxative to relieve occasional constipation. Magnesium hydroxide is also used as an antacid to relieve indigestion, sour stomach, and heartburn.
• Zinc sulphate Zinc is important for growth and for the development and health of body tissues. Zinc sulphate is used to treat and to prevent zinc deficiency
